Phad Art

Phad waiting is a 700-year-old family tradition that has been passed down through generations. It is a painting on an Indian scroll that tells the stories of local gods and goddesses. Singing and dancing became an integral part of the storytelling process. They were performed in front of the villagers starting after the sunset. It is a fusion of Rajput and Mughal painting styles. Pads have a lot of human figures in them because the paintings depict ancient stories.
